Thriving After High School: A workshop to increase excitement and decrease anxiety

Too many students are leaving high school and entering post-secondary education with a sense of helplessness and a lack of purpose. This is contributing to the mental health crisis we are seeing across post-secondary campuses everywhere.

At MentorU, we want to do our part to help young people thrive as they transition into adulthood. This includes helping them develop intrapersonal and interpersonal skills. This workshop aims to inspire students to take action, keep and open mind and explore their own unique set of interests, values and talents.

Interactive Student Workshops

“In my five years of post-secondary education, this was the most insightful and straight-up useful guest lecture I've attended. I learned a lot, and my hand aches (in a good way) from taking notes!”

~ Victoria St. Michael, Student, Digital Journalism, University of Ottawa
